Terrorist attack against Barda (VIDEO): Armenia fires long-range missiles at people – 21 civilians killed, 70 wounded, many are children

The Armenian Armed Forces, grossly violating the humanitarian ceasefire, fired Smerch missiles at the heavily populated city of Barda killing at least 23 and wounding 70. Amongst dead and wounded are many children.

According to local witness reports, at least ten rockets were fired at the city.
