Latvian President pays respect to National Leader Heydar AliyevSoftware developer Telman Yusupov has stomach cancer.
Report informs that in November 2020, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Gastric Cancer (Adenocarcinoma Stage IV). Doctors gave him less than three months to live.
Staying true to himself, he continued to fight the debilitating disease ever since. However, Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments stopped working in May of 2021. The tumor continues to grow, making even simple things like eating a torturous and arduous task. The doctors believe that Telman has run out of time.
Telman's last hope is Immunotherapy. While it has great promise in treating a variety of cancers, Immunotherapy is not funded by the government to treat stomach cancer, and there are no clinical trials available to Telman within acceptable timeframes. The Immunotherapy medication costs, which run on average $8,000-10,000 per treatment, have to be administered every two weeks for several months until there are signs of improvement.
Telman, his wife Kristina, their three young children – Timour (10), Dasha (9), Anika (2.5), and all of Telman's friends are asking for your help and are sincerely grateful in advance.
