Russia’s total losses since beginning of hostilities in Ukraine revealed

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the personal losses of Russian troops have amounted to 26,650 servicemen, Report informs referring to the Facebook page of the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.

Some 1,195 tanks, 2,873 armored personnel vehicles, 534 artillery systems, 87 anti-aircraft warfare systems, 199 aircraft, 161 helicopters, 13 warships/boats, 398 operational-tactical level UAVs, 94 cruise missiles were destroyed.

“Russian enemy suffered the greatest losses (of the past day) at the Kurakhiv direction,” reads the message.

New Zealand sanctions Belarus defense enterprises

New Zealand imposed sanctions against several representatives of the leadership of Belarus on Monday, the country's government said in a statement, Report informs, citing foreign media.

"The sanctions cover 27 representatives of the Belarusian authorities and defense enterprises that support Russia's actions in Ukraine," the text says.

Among those included in the sanctions list by the New Zealand authorities are 12 Belarusian citizens banned from visiting the country in March.

Nikol Pashinyan’s working visit to Moscow starts

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has begun a working visit to Russia, Report informs via Aysor.

The Armenian prime minister will attend a meeting of leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Moscow.

Pashinyan is expected to hold a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Armenia is chairing the CSTO this year.

Program of Lithuanian president’s visit to Azerbaijan revealed

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan on May 18, Report informs referring to the Lithuanian presidential press service.

Nauseda is expected to hold a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku.

During the visit, it is planned to discuss bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Lithuania in the field of energy and economy, the security situation in the Caucasus region, cooperation between Azerbaijan and the EU.

The president of Lithuania will also take part in the Lithuanian-Azerbaijani business forum and meet with Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

After Azerbaijan, the president of Lithuania will visit Armenia.
