Ombudsperson: 52% of First Karabakh War refugees and IDPs were women

The majority of refugees and internally displaced persons from the First Karabakh War, more precisely 52%, were women, Ombudsperson Sabina Aliyeva said while speaking at the Vl Congress of Azerbaijani Women in Baku, Report informs.
