"Georgia is one of Azerbaijan's main trade partners. In the first eight months of this year, trade turnover between the two countries increased by 41% compared to the same period last year," said Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov, as quoted by Report.
"The meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia focused on the expansion of economic and trade cooperation, new projects, the participation of Georgian companies in the restoration of our liberated territories. We believe that a fruitful dialogue will significantly contribute to strengthening economic ties with neighboring and friendly countries," the minister added.
