President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Brussels, Belgium, to attend the NATO extra-ordinary summit on March 25, Report informs, referring to TRT Haber.
The summit will discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
The Turkish President will convey his country's position on the Russia-Ukraine war to the NATO allies. At the same time, Erdogan will present his proposals to solve the conflict.
At the same time, NATO leaders will exchange views on further action on what is happening between Russia and Ukraine.
The meeting will also discuss steps to strengthen the alliance's defences and deterrence.
The summit will be attended by US President Joseph Biden, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
The Turkish President will also hold bilateral meetings with heads of state and government as part of the summit.
