Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on awarding the Dostlug order and the Taraggi medal to a group of people for merits in strengthening friendship between peoples and developing the Azerbaijani diaspora, Report informs, citing the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.
