Azerbaijan's main priority is the implementation of restoration and construction works in the liberated territories and the return of the former internally displaced persons to their ancestral homes, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at the event dedicated to November 8 – Victory Day.
"Mines are the biggest threat to working in the liberated areas," he noted.
According to him, 267 Azerbaijani citizens have been victims of landmines in those areas to date: "We continue working toward the mine clearance, and it expands day by day. Infrastructure is being rebuilt in the liberated areas."
