“The opening of the Zangazur corridor will increase the significance of the Agri city of Turkiye,” Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the inauguration of the Agri-Hamur-Tutak-Patnos highway, Report informs.
The head of state noted that every day of Turkiye’s existence in Anatolia had been spent in the struggle with hypocritical games: “The reason why the lands of our Azerbaijani brothers remained under occupation for many years is the silence of some countries. The countries of the region can overcome these games only as a result of joint struggle.”
Erdogan also said that the opening of the Zangazur corridor will increase the significance of the Agri city of Turkiye: “Of course, stability in the country is also important for this. Because the problem of terrorism prevents Turkiye from using its existing resources.”
