The Omani company Oman LNG and the Turkish company Botas have entered into an agreement on the annual supply of 1 million tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Turkiye, starting from 2025, Report informs.
“Oman LNG announced the signing of a binding term sheet agreement with Botas Petroleum Pipeline Corporation to offtake 1 million metric tons per annum (mtpa) of LNG starting from 2025.
Such step comes to promote Oman’s reputation as a reliable supplier of energy worldwide and contributes to the company's efforts to reach new energy markets around the globe,” the company tweeted.
According to the published infographic, the agreement was signed for 10 years.
