Lopez Beltran made the accusation Friday in a letter addressed to US President Donald Trump and posted on social media, Anadolu Agency reported.
He said US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Christopher Landau, the State Department’s under secretary of state, had ordered the revocation of his authorization to enter the United States.

“I am writing to you with personal respect and respect for your office,” Lopez Beltran said before criticizing the decision as politically motivated.
He described the move as “petty political and propagandistic” and compared it to what he called a “Hitlerian” style of politics.
Lopez Beltran also said US officials had provided no evidence that he had committed an immoral or criminal act.
The visa decision comes as Washington increases pressure on figures associated with Mexico’s ruling Morena party, amid US allegations involving drug trafficking and organized crime.
Lopez Beltran is not only the son of Mexico’s former president but also a senior Morena figure. He previously served as the party’s secretary of organization before stepping down to pursue a seat in Mexico’s lower house of Congress.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum also criticized the US decision, saying she believed the visa revocation had a political motive.
“In my opinion, this cancellation of visas … has an essentially political purpose,” Sheinbaum told reporters, arguing that the policy was not being applied consistently across countries if criminal activity was the stated reason.
Tensions between Washington and Mexico have increased since Trump returned to the White House for a second term.
The Trump administration has threatened Mexico with trade measures and military action against drug trafficking networks, while accusing some Morena-linked politicians and governors of involvement in the drug trade and calling for the extradition of suspected criminals.
The latest visa dispute adds another point of friction to an already strained relationship between the two neighboring countries.
