The agreement marks another major move by Tottenham as head coach Roberto De Zerbi continues to reshape his squad ahead of the new Premier League season, Anadolu Agency reported.
Tottenham have already spent around £185 million ($252.50 million) on midfielders Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali. The club has also raised about £140 million ($191.08 million) through the departures of Cristian Romero, Djed Spence and Luka Vuskovic.

De Zerbi is still looking for additional attacking options. Tottenham are reportedly in talks with Manchester City over another forward, Omar Marmoush, while Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo remains on their list of targets.
Savinho could make his Tottenham debut soon after completing the move, with Spurs preparing for their Premier League opener away to Brentford on Saturday.
Aston Villa sign Wan-Bissaka on loan
Aston Villa have also completed a move for West Ham United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, signing the 28-year-old on a season-long loan.
The agreement includes a conditional obligation to make the transfer permanent, although the financial details have not been disclosed.
Wan-Bissaka missed West Ham’s first two Championship matches while negotiations over his return to the Premier League were completed.
He joined West Ham from Manchester United in 2024 and made 65 appearances for the London club across two seasons, including 25 appearances during the campaign that ended with West Ham’s relegation.
Before joining West Ham, Wan-Bissaka made 190 appearances for Manchester United and helped the club win the English League Cup in 2023 and FA Cup in 2024.
He also represented the Democratic Republic of Congo at the 2026 World Cup, starting all four matches as the team reached the Round of 32.
Wan-Bissaka could make his Villa debut in Sunday’s Premier League opener against Brighton. He will also be available for Champions League football after Aston Villa finished fourth in the Premier League and won the Europa League last season.
