He highlighted the operational launch of the ECO Clean Energy Centre in Baku and Shusha’s role as the ECO Tourism Capital for 2026.

The minister also emphasized Azerbaijan’s role in the Middle Corridor, pointing to major transport and connectivity projects including the Baku–Tbilisi–Kars railway and the Alat Port. He also highlighted the Digital Silk Way initiative and its role in advancing green digital integration.
Bayramov underlined the growing links between the South Caucasus and Central Asia, referring to Azerbaijan’s membership and active participation in the Consultative Meetings of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Cholpon-Ata and the upcoming summit in Avaza.
The minister also addressed developments in the Azerbaijan–Armenia peace process following the August 2025 Washington Peace Summit.
He highlighted confidence-building measures and the lifting of transit restrictions, while also pointing to large-scale reconstruction projects underway in Azerbaijan’s liberated Garabagh and East Zangezur regions.
