According to Alikhbariah TV, Israeli artillery struck the area surrounding agricultural land near Tarnajah in northern Quneitra. No casualties or material damage were immediately reported, News.Az reports, citing Anadolu Agency.
In a separate incident before dawn, Israeli forces reportedly entered the villages of Maariya and Al-Ardah in the Yarmouk Basin area of western Daraa.

The broadcaster said the force, consisting of three military vehicles and a bulldozer, cleared a road before establishing a checkpoint inside Al-Ardah.
The Israeli military did not immediately comment on the reported artillery strike or the alleged ground incursion.
The developments come as UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is expected to visit the UN Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) in the occupied Golan Heights during his three-day trip to Syria to monitor implementation of the Syria-Israel ceasefire arrangements.
Guterres arrived in Damascus on Saturday and criticized what he described as repeated violations of Syria’s sovereignty.
“Violations of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are unacceptable and must cease. What is happening in the region around the Golan Heights is totally unacceptable,” Guterres said during a joint news conference with Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani.
The UN chief reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to Syria’s territorial integrity and called for an end to Israeli violations, saying territory belonging to Syria “cannot be taken away.”
Southern Syria has experienced repeated Israeli military operations in recent months, including cross-border raids, searches, arrests and the establishment of military checkpoints. The operations intensified after the fall of former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government in December 2024, when Israel declared the 1974 disengagement agreement no longer in effect and moved forces into the Syrian buffer zone.
