Military spokesman Majed Abdullah al-Nazili said the operations involved warplanes, drones, artillery, missiles and rocket launchers targeting Houthi positions, movements, reinforcements and military capabilities, Anadolu Agency reported.
The operations extended from southern Haradh and the coast to Kitaf, Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Bayda, Lahj, Sanaa and Saada, with a particular focus on Taiz, Nazili said.

He said the targets included what the army described as sources of threats, Houthi gatherings and reinforcements, command-and-control centers and other military capabilities.
Nazili claimed that 1,540 Houthi fighters were killed or wounded, with most of the casualties reported on the Taiz fronts. He also said 216 military vehicles and other assets were destroyed or damaged.
The spokesman claimed the operations stopped Houthi advances in Taiz and prevented the group from making a breakthrough on the ground.
The announcement came amid intensified fighting across Yemen. Earlier Friday, the army said its warplanes conducted 20 strikes against Houthi movements and reinforcements in Taiz.
Government forces also reported strikes on what they described as high-value targets in Sanaa and Saada.
On Wednesday, the army said it had conducted 468 operations against Houthi fighters and military equipment across three fronts, claiming hundreds of Houthi casualties.
The latest fighting is part of a military escalation that began in July and is described as the broadest since the relative calm that followed a 2022 truce.
