In the latest reported incident, Ibrahim Munir al-Masri was killed and another Palestinian was injured in an Israeli strike targeting a gathering of people near the Ansar junction southwest of Gaza City, Anadolu Agency reported.
Earlier, three Palestinians, including a girl and an elderly woman, were injured by Israeli army gunfire targeting Street 5 in the Al-Mawasi area and the vicinity of Hamad City northwest of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, according to the source.

Witnesses also reported heavy Israeli gunfire targeting residential areas and tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in northern, eastern and southern Khan Younis.
Israeli warships were also reported to have opened fire along the Khan Younis coast.
In eastern Gaza City, Israeli forces carried out a demolition operation targeting homes and other buildings in areas under their control in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, according to local sources.
Israeli artillery also shelled eastern areas of Deir al-Balah and the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, amid reports of gunfire in the area.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, 1,439 Palestinians had been killed and 5,052 injured in Israeli attacks since the October 2025 ceasefire as of Thursday. Recent reporting has also cited the same figures.
The United Nations has previously reported that Israeli forces have continued to use lethal force and carry out strikes and exchanges of fire in areas under their control in Gaza since the ceasefire took effect.
Since Oct. 8, 2023, more than 74,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 175,000 injured in Gaza, according to figures from the Palestinian Health Ministry cited in recent reporting.
