The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said the Kamensky Combine in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Region, was struck overnight on August 16.

A fire was reported at the facility following the strike. The Kamensky Combine is linked to Russia’s defence industry and produces solid fuel for missiles.
The General Staff also reported a strike on an area where a Russian missile unit was concentrated near the settlement of Rezervnoye in occupied Crimea.
A railway bridge used by Russian forces to transport military supplies and personnel was also hit near the settlement of Svetlodolinskoye in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia Region. Warehouses storing military equipment and ammunition were targeted in the Karlovka area of the Donetsk Region.
The Ukrainian General Staff also released information about the results of other recent strikes. The ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemical complex in Tobolsk, Tyumen Region, reportedly suspended operations following an earlier attack.
The Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in Orsk, Orenburg Region, was struck on August 11, causing a fire at the facility.
The General Staff said operations against key Russian military facilities would continue.
