The US Treasury designated a group of entities spanning China, India, Russia and Iran, according to its latest sanctions listings.
The newly sanctioned entities include three travel and logistics companies based in China and India, a cargo company operating from Russia and an Iranian startup studio.

Washington has targeted Mahan Air for more than a decade. The airline was sanctioned by the US in 2011 over allegations that it provided services to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The latest measures extend that pressure to companies that the Treasury says have links to the airline, potentially restricting their access to the US financial system and increasing the risks for businesses dealing with them.
Mahan Air has also faced sanctions from European authorities. The European Union imposed sanctions on the airline in 2024, accusing it of supplying drones and missiles to Russia.
The new US designations highlight Washington’s continued efforts to disrupt networks accused of supporting Iran’s military and commercial activities through international transport and logistics companies.
