Apple will host a “Pro and tell” event in Los Angeles on October 28, the company announced on Monday, as the iPhone maker continues to expand its hardware lineup and artificial intelligence offerings, Reuters reported.
The event is expected to feature Apple’s first touchscreen MacBook Pro, Bloomberg News reported, potentially marking a major change to the company’s Mac lineup.

The announcement follows Apple’s September launch of its first foldable iPhone, called the Duo, and last week’s unveiling of HomeView, a smart-home hub featuring personalized Siri capabilities, alongside other Siri-powered home devices.
Apple CEO John Ternus is also seeking to accelerate product development and simplify the company’s organizational structure, according to analysts.
The company typically holds its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in June, focusing on software developments, while its autumn events have traditionally centered on new iPhones and other consumer devices.
The October 28 event adds to Apple’s recent series of product announcements as the company continues to develop its hardware portfolio and AI-powered services.
