The Palestine Red Crescent Society said its teams treated five people in the area, including two who suffered gunshot wounds and three others who were beaten.
The organization also said Israeli forces assaulted ambulance crews attempting to reach the injured and briefly detained three paramedics and a volunteer.
The incident came as Palestinian farmers began the annual olive harvest, an important agricultural and economic period for families across the West Bank.
Al Jazeera reported that attacks on Palestinian olive pickers have increased during the harvest season, with farmers facing restrictions on reaching their land as well as attacks by Israeli settlers.
Israeli forces and settlers also reportedly assaulted Palestinians harvesting olives near Anata in the central West Bank.
In another incident, settlers cut down at least 50 olive trees belonging to the Siam family after an attack on the village of Mikhmas, northeast of occupied East Jerusalem.
According to Palestinian officials, at least 45,000 olive trees have been destroyed across the occupied West Bank this year, further affecting Palestinian olive farming.
Palestinian authorities say settler violence has increased significantly since October 7, 2023.
The Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission reported almost 15,000 settler attacks in the West Bank since then, resulting in the deaths of 66 Palestinians.
On Wednesday, another attack was reported in the village of Marda, north of Salfit, where Palestinians picking olives were injured amid an assault involving Israeli settlers and forces. The Palestine Red Crescent Society said some of those injured were treated for tear gas inhalation, while Wafa reported that Israeli forces detained at least three Palestinians.
Separately, a Palestinian man was injured by live ammunition during an Israeli military raid near the al-Aqsa restaurant in Jenin, according to Wafa. The man was taken to hospital by the Palestine Red Crescent Society.
Israeli forces also detained a Palestinian and imposed a curfew in Burqa as settlers reportedly entered the village east of Ramallah.
The latest incidents have added to concerns among Palestinian farmers over access to their agricultural land and the safety of workers during the olive harvest.
